Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) plus 8–10 years of leadership experience.
• Experience working with executive-level leaders; higher education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and multi-disciplinary teams across the unit to address issues and drive process improvements.
• Provide analysis on complex issues with significant business impact and keep SVP informed.
• Lead due diligence and integration planning for mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, and partnerships.
