Responsibilities

• Advise public- and private-sector clients on freight, port, logistics, infrastructure, and supply chain strategies.
• Lead studies, market assessments, strategic plans, feasibility analyses, and roadmaps.
• Evaluate funding opportunities, investment tradeoffs, and implementation needs.
• Develop client, partner, and industry relationships for advisory opportunities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Present clear recommendations for executive, technical, public-sector, and industry audiences.
