Job summary

The role leads regulatory filings, supports SOX, M&A projects, and US GAAP disclosures, while guiding the team and coordinating with internal controls and external audit processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting/reporting experience (public or public company).
• Must have regulatory reporting experience (FFIEC Call Report, FRY9-LP and FRY9-C, Basel III calculations and other regulatory reporting filings as necessary).
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial disclosures.
• Familiarity with XBRL tagging and EDGAR filing processes.
• Experience with reporting tools (FedReporter, SmartCall, SmartY9, Workiva).

Responsibilities
