Rutgers University seeks an Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Technology, Operations and Data Strategy to lead university-wide enrollment technology, governance, and data strategy. You will drive CRM strategy, data integration, and analytics across Rutgers’ campuses and academic units.

The role requires building roadmaps, coordinating with OIT and administrative partners, and delivering data-driven insights to improve recruitment, admissions, financial aid coordination, and student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education administration, business, information systems, data management and analytics, public administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience in higher education enrollment management, enrollment technology, CRM administration, student information systems, data analytics, or related field.
• Experience leading complex technology implementations, enterprise systems initiatives, or business process improvement efforts in a large organization.

Responsabilités

• Provides university-wide leadership for enrollment technology, CRM strategy, data integration, and analytics.
• Leads governance and continuous improvement of Slate, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Degree Audit, and related enrollment technologies.
• Develops strategic roadmaps and priorities to support the full student lifecycle across campuses.
• Brings together enrollment and student-success data across schools, campuses, and admin units.
• Establishes standards for data quality, integration, and cross-unit coordination.
• Collaborates with OIT, OIRDS, academic and administrative units to support student success.
