Montefiore Hudson Valley Collaborative seeks an Associate Vice President, Engineering to provide strategic and operational leadership for engineering, energy management, and sustainability across all facilities. You will oversee planning, operation, maintenance, and compliance for over 3.5 million square feet of healthcare spaces, including the Moses Campus cogeneration plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive engineering and facilities management experience, healthcare experience preferred.
• Active New York State P.E. license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead standardization and optimization of engineering, utility management, energy management, and sustainability processes across all Montefiore facilities.
• Develop and implement strategic engineering, energy management, and sustainability initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Direct system-wide compliance initiatives related to physical environment, utility systems, energy management, environmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Chair and lead governance committees on physical environment, ensuring oversight, performance monitoring, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Provide strategic financial leadership for a $65 million operating budget, including budget development, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee engineering asset management and facility condition assessment programs with data accuracy and risk-based maintenance planning.
