Moody's is seeking an AVP-Editorial Strategy in New York to lead editorial direction and transform research into large-scale, cross-platform narratives. You will oversee the enterprise editorial calendar and coordinate with multiple business lines to maximize storytelling impact.

You will partner with creative, video, design, and data teams to translate research into audience-ready content. A journalism/communications background and strong leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• 6–10 years of experience in editorial strategy, content strategy, corporate communications, or a related field.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities for cross-company storytelling spanning multiple platforms and audiences.
• Strong editorial judgment shaping story concept, tone, and narrative across formats.
• Experience managing multiple internal/external partners with tight timelines across campaigns and channels.
• Maintaining editorial calendars, production pipelines, and cross-functional workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the enterprise editorial calendar and sets the content pipeline across all series and channels.
• Identifies research and moments warrant large-scale cross-platform treatment.
• Develops creative briefs with direction, tone, and audience goals before production.
• Manages relationships with internal partners and external vendors, balancing needs and timelines.
• Directs production planning and cross-functional coordination across writers, producers, designers, and data partners.
• Applies AI-enabled workflows to plan, template, and scale content production.
• Partners with Social Media and Communications Intelligence to keep strategy insight-informed.
• Time allocation: Creative direction 35%; Partner mgmt 35%; AI workflow mgmt 30%.
