Lendmark Financial Services seeks a Divisional Branch Coordinator, AVP to provide leadership to Branch Managers within the Division and ensure high-quality customer service. You will support compliance, budgeting, training, and acquisitions activities.

The role involves supervision across offices, risk assessment, and extensive collaboration with executive management. Strong communication and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consumer finance or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable education or training.
• Personnel management experience.
• Budgeting and financial analysis experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to travel a considerable amount of time.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills.
• Experience in divisional management in consumer finance industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquency, charge-offs, and non-performing assets (20%).
• Assist in preparation and management of divisional budget (20%).
• Conduct full/follow-up supervisions on all offices according to policies and audit standards (20%).
• Risk assessment of divisional branch operations via audit reports and info (10%).
• Ensure divisional compliance with laws, regulations and policies (10%).
• Oversee personnel management including recruitment, evaluation, and training programs (10%).
• Assist with acquisitions including due diligence and employee evaluation (5%).
• Other duties as assigned (5%).
