Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Platforms team is seeking a talented product manager to shape digital client experiences for Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE clients. In the AVP role, you will contribute to the creation and ongoing success of digital solutions, supporting the product team in defining, building, and reviewing end-to-end service communications.

You will bring a strong product management skillset, be data-driven and able to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing digital web or mobile products.
• Record of accomplishment of successful program delivery, thought leadership, and ability to manage stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Agile development experience.
• Preferred: Finance industry experience, particularly investments.
• Must be curious, able to articulate complicated concepts, and willing to learn technical details.
• Customer service insights: deep familiarity with customer service processes.
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills: ability to interact at multiple levels and present clearly.

• Disciplined Product Management: lead product development lifecycle with data-driven decisions.
• Roadmap Development & Management: build prioritized feature backlog and align with stakeholders.
• Strategic Prioritization: apply metrics-driven framework for value vs. effort.
• Success Metrics Tracking & Reporting: own KPIs for user and business outcomes.
• Stakeholder management: collaborate across business, technology, UX, and compliance.
• Risk Management: identify risks and mitigation strategies for roadmap delivery.
• Business Reviews: prepare and present progress, outcomes, and action items.
