Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical field.
• 10+ years in security monitoring, engineering or analytics.
• Experience leading managed SOC or detection and response services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end managed SOC delivery for clients.
• Translate threat intel into detection logic and playbooks.
• Set roadmaps for Cyber Detect and Respond services, incl. SIEM modernization and cloud migrations.
• Oversee onshore/offshore teams, performance, and incident response.
• Manage engagement financials, forecasting, and client relationships.
