Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in compliance testing, monitoring, internal audit or risk management within financial services.
• Experience developing and executing compliance testing plans.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations including prudential requirements, BSA/AML and privacy obligations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and regulatory interpretation skills.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to prepare testing reports.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

• Conduct risk-based compliance monitoring and testing across business functions.
• Evaluate internal controls and regulatory requirements to determine testing priorities.
• Identify control weaknesses and remediation needs.
• Prepare clear testing reports with findings and corrective actions.

• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on controls.
• Support adherence to BSA/AML and privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate regulatory risks and control effectiveness.
• Contribute to updating compliance policies, procedures and risk practices.
• Enhance testing methodologies and reporting templates.
• Manage testing assignments independently and ensure timely deliverables.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management and partners.
• Build strong relationships across compliance, risk, audit and business teams.
