Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking an AVP for Third Party Risk Monitoring & Due Diligence in hybrid New York, NY. This role leads end-to-end monitoring of third and fourth party risks, collaborating with Cyber Defense, Legal, Compliance, and SMEs to assess business impact and document incidents in Archer.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in TPRM, IT audit, or risk assessment within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in TPRM, IT audit, or risk assessment in financial services.
• Ability to translate complex technical risks into business language for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated financial services environment.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end monitoring of third and fourth party risks across cybersecurity and enterprise risk domains.
• Coordinate with Cyber Defense to review alerts and respond to high-risk threats.
• Serve as primary contact for Third Party Managers, Legal, Compliance, CISO/Cyber Defense, DLP and SMEs to assess business impact; document incidents in Archer.
• Identify risk issues, drive remediation, and escalate high-risk issues as appropriate.
• Support monthly concentration and portfolio risk monitoring and quarterly reporting.
• Lead due diligence reviews and reassessments per TPRM policies.
• Document due diligence gaps and coordinate Insurance validation as needed.
• Review Archer KRI reports and support audits/regulatory exams.
• Maintain audit-ready records and enhance monitoring playbooks and KRIs.
