You will oversee filings, coordinate with underwriting, actuarial, legal and product teams, and shape strategies to ensure filings are accurate and timely. Responsibilities

• Oversee and file forms, rates and rules with state regulators using Filing Ramp & SERFF.
• Develop filing strategies to efficiently implement products.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, legal and product teams to ensure filings are current.
• Coordinate responses to state objections and manage extensions/resubmissions.
• Document all filing activities with state departments.
• Research new laws affecting consumer products and update policies.
• Develop compliance tools to review lender product forms.
• Oversee staff in internal audits and licensure renewals.
• Assist staff with complaints handling and market conduct reviews.
