Citi is seeking a seasoned Client Experience Associate AVP in Chicago to support onboarding, KYC, and client requests with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in wealth management or financial services.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities; excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Apply onboarding knowledge to monitor, assess, and improve processes and data.
• Coordinate with sales, KYC, account opening and product partners to fulfill client requests.
• Ensure documentation is complete and up to date, and respond promptly to client needs.
