You will establish and maintain an Operational Center of Excellence, lead teams to hit SLAs and quality targets, and drive efficiency through technology. The role is incentive eligible with a substantial salary range.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned Central Operations teams with focus on production levels, service level agreements, quality, and cost.
• Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures through continuous improvement and implementation of technology solutions.
• Ensures Service Level Agreements are measured and met throughout delivery team.
• Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives to meet business goals.
