Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Central Operations to manage a portfolio of Operations Centers in US branch offices and the Philippines.

You will drive LEAN principles, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and establish an Operational Center of Excellence under guidance from the VP. Responsibilities include leading Central Operations teams, improving processes with technology, and ensuring SLAs are met while pursuing strategic objectives to support business
