A leading company is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst – Design Integration to enhance operating model development. The ideal candidate will conduct analyses, support pattern adoption, and communicate complex ideas clearly across teams, contributing to meaningful transformations. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and a dedication to improving design integration across multiple workstreams.
This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): Phoenix, Arizona, Charlotte, North Carolina, Raleigh, North Carolina, Morristown, New Jersey
The Business Transformation Analyst – Design Integration plays a key role in enabling the adoption of consistent design patterns and advancing cross-functional alignment across the operating model program. This role partners closely with business-aligned Design & Delivery Leads, the Business Strategy & Architecture team, and program governance to ensure workstream efforts are grounded in enterprise-aligned strategy and design. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and communication skills, comfort working in ambiguity, and a passion for building clarity and connection across complex transformation work.

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting

If hired in Arizona, North Carolina or New Jersey, the base pay for this position is generally between $86,700.00 and $115,600.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
