Overview

This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: Phoenix, Arizona; Charlotte, North Carolina; Raleigh, North Carolina; Morristown, New Jersey.

The Business Transformation Analyst - Design Integration plays a key role in enabling the adoption of consistent design patterns and advancing cross-functional alignment across the operating model program. This role partners closely with business-aligned Design & Delivery Leads, the Business Strategy & Architecture team, and program governance to ensure workstream efforts are grounded in enterprise-aligned strategy and design. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and communication skills, comfort working in ambiguity, and a passion for building clarity and connection across complex transformation work.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development, documentation, and socialization of operating model design patterns.
  • Coordinate across workstreams to ensure pattern adoption and highlight alignment gaps.
  • Assist in facilitating working sessions to refine models, processes, and frameworks.
  • Conduct targeted analyses that inform design decisions, operating model recommendations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Synthesize outputs across workstreams into program-level insights, summaries, and executive-ready materials.
  • Support alignment on roles, process flows, handoffs, and decision points across teams.
  • Build visual models, narratives, and placemats that support program communication and leadership engagement.
  • Translate complex inputs into executive-ready outputs in coordination with change and strategy teams.
  • Work in close partnership with Design & Delivery Leads, Change Management, Governance, and Strategy teams.
  • Help track decisions, facilitate pre-alignment, and support initiative pacing and planning.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting.

Preferred
  • Experience in business analysis, transformation, strategy, or related functions.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives or operating model work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of translating complexity into clarity.
  • Familiarity with business capability models, organizational design, or process mapping.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Miro or similar tools preferred.

If hired in Arizona, North Carolina, or New Jersey, the base pay for this position is generally between $86,700 and $115,600. Actual starting pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other factors. Total compensation may include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and other awards as outlined in the employment offer.
