The position requires interview, decision-making within policy, staff training, performance appraisals, service quality monitoring, coaching, and ensuring branch security and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing branch operations and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth operation of the office.
• Increase the total deposits of the office through effective business development.
• Increase the size of the loan portfolio of the office through effective business development.
• Interview, process and make decisions within limits on all types of loan applications and procedures.
• Supervise all employees for whom responsible in the office.
• Train and assist employees through staff meetings and other training sessions.
• Prepare and complete the performance appraisal process on employees.
• Monitor quality of customer service being given by each employee under supervision. Identify and correct any problem areas on a daily basis.
• Coach, counsel and direct employees with various employment issues as needed.
• Responsible for branch security and compliance procedures regarding implementation of policies and procedures.
