Wintrust Mortgage is seeking a detail-oriented advisor to assist in the origination, processing, and closing of residential loans. You will monitor files for accuracy, ensure guideline compliance, and coordinate with borrowers, attorneys, and agents throughout the loan lifecycle.
The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to Fannie/Freddie guidelines, and the ability to manage multiple files while delivering strong customer service. Prior mortgage experience and Encompass familiarity are valued.

The minimum estimated hourly rate for this role is $15.00, along with eligibility to earn monthly commissions. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
