State Street seeks an AVP-level Systems & Automation professional to lead internal DevOps initiatives for the CRD SaaS platform. You will partner with platform engineering, product, and SaaS teams to replace manual workflows with automated, secure delivery mechanisms.

You’ll design and implement automation using Python, PowerShell, Ansible, and CI/CD enhancements, while ensuring high availability and scalable configurations across environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Automation Engineer, or Systems Engineering, preferably financial services.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of financial application logic and regulatory banking requirements.

Responsabilités

• Audit existing manual processes and design automated solutions to reduce toil.
• Develop and maintain configuration management scripts with Ansible, Python, and PowerShell.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines for rapid, secure deployments of CRD SaaS applications.
• Ensure efficiency, availability, and configuration of the CRD Development SaaS platform.
• Adopt and implement DevOps policies and procedures.
• Create scripts/tools to build, configure, deploy, and test applications across environments.
• Hands-on installation, configuration, and testing against product requirements.
• Support automated release management for SaaS clients.
• Break down complex processes into reliable components.
• Deliver autonomous projects from identified gaps to automated solutions.
