Wilshire seeks an investment professional to lead research and due diligence across private markets, with emphasis on secondaries. As AVP, Alternatives Manager Research, you will join the team and contribute throughout the investment process, sourcing opportunities and supporting fund investments.

You will maintain relationships with private fund managers, underwrite opportunities, and help prepare investment memorandums and client materials.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience in private equity; secondaries preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities (quantitative & qualitative).
• Proven ability to source opportunities and build networks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead deal teams; source and underwrite opportunities across primary funds, secondaries, and co-investments; draft memorandums.
• Develop relationships with private fund managers across North America; schedule meetings and diligence calls.
• Conduct market research and prepare reports to support decisions.
• Monitor investments; contribute to reviews and risk assessments.
• Support client communications and presentations with clear materials.
