You will define strategy, build an enterprise AI platform spanning multi-agent systems and LLM ecosystems, and lead a world-class team across DDCS/PRD, manufacturing, quality and regulatory to deliver measurable speed and quality gains.

Qualifications

• PhD in CS/AI/ML or related field.
• 15+ years leading technology, digital transformation or scientific organizations.
• Experience deploying enterprise-scale AI systems in regulated environments.
• Proven ability translating technical visions into business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Set Agentic AI strategy, roadmap and multi-year vision.
• Own Agentic AI Platform Architecture across DDCS/PRD.
• Lead cross-functional team of AI scientists and engineers.
• Drive adoption of agentic AI capabilities with stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, compliance and regulatory readiness.
• Partner with corporate AI and IT to align with enterprise standards.
