Job summary

Northern Arizona University, through its NAU Advancement | Foundation, seeks an Associate Vice President, Advancement to lead Central Advancement fundraising strategy and programs across the university. Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership across organizations.
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Central Advancement programs and staff.
• Establish annual and long-term fundraising strategies, priorities, revenue goals, and performance expectations.
• Align Central Advancement activities with NAU's strategic priorities and related goals.
• Lead a high-performing team and oversee program budgets and resource allocation.
• Represent NAU Advancement | Foundation with external partners and donors.
