Job summary

University of Central Florida is seeking an Associate Vice President, Central Advancement to lead development teams and drive philanthropic results across colleges and units. This senior fundraising role requires strategic vision, mentorship, and collaboration with deans, faculty, and university leadership to advance the university’s comprehensive campaign.

You will oversee major gift fundraising, develop donor engagement plans, and ensure fundraising operations meet objectives through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 12+ years' experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Progressive leadership in higher education advancement or nonprofit fundraising.
• Experience leading major gift or principal gift fundraising efforts.
• Ability to build partnerships with executive leadership and donors.
• Experience with fundraising data, analytics, and campaign reporting.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Blackbaud CRM or Salesforce.
