The Avionics Technician I is an entry‑level position responsible for installing, inspecting, testing, adjusting, and repairing avionics equipment and systems for our aerospace vehicles. This role involves performing basic equipment setup and maintenance activities while learning industry best practices in a hands‑on environment.
- Install, inspect, test, adjust, and repair avionics equipment and systems
- Perform basic equipment setup and maintenance activities
- Use precision measurement tools and fabricate fixtures, including non‑flight parts with standard alloys and simple geometry
- Learn and perform precision cleaning and chemistry processes
- Adhere to shop safety requirements and proper use of PPE
- Learn and apply 5S, FOD, and ESD awareness in daily tasks
- Follow correct packaging and handling requirements for all hardware
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high‑quality workmanship
- Document and report issues or discrepancies identified during inspections and tests

The Avionics Technician II is responsible for installing, inspecting, testing, adjusting, and repairing avionics equipment and systems for our aerospace vehicles. This intermediate‑level position requires demonstrated experience and the ability to work with greater independence while maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
- Install, inspect, test, adjust, and repair avionics equipment and systems
- Perform equipment setup and maintenance activities with minimal supervision
- Use precision measurement tools to fabricate fixtures, including non‑flight parts with standard alloys and simple geometry
- Perform precision cleaning and chemistry processes independently
- Consistently adhere to shop safety requirements and proper use of PPE
- Apply 5S, FOD, and ESD awareness in daily tasks
- Demonstrate correct packaging and handling requirements for all hardware
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high‑quality workmanship
- Document and report issues or discrepancies found during inspections and tests
- Provide guidance to less experienced technicians when appropriate
- 2+ years of related experience in avionics or similar technical field
- Demonstrated familiarity with shop practices including PPE and safety requirements

- Execute precision cleaning and chemistry processes with expert proficiency

Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on job‑related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
