Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking an Avionics Maintenance Technician in Reading, PA to troubleshoot and repair avionics units and aircraft systems to the component level. You will perform general avionics support, removal/installations, and engage in customer-focused project activities.

The role requires 1+ year avionics experience, a high school diploma (electronics/avionics training preferred), and the ability to work under FAA guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience on Avionics repair or installations is preferred.
• A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Electronics or Avionics factory training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair avionics units to the component level.
• Perform general avionics support items on aircraft and installation work.
• Coordinate with customers in project management, pricing and support roles.
• Communicate effectively in English and maintain FAA-compliant work practices.
