This position is responsible for the inspection, testing, repair, and overhaul of electronic instruments such as communication/navigation radios, radar altimeters, distance measuring equipment, and radio control heads. Daily tasks will include testing units with panel‑mounted or stand‑alone test fixtures, soldering and wiring repair, cleaning and painting units, and calibration of units to prescribed specifications.
Qualifications
- Electronics Technology skills
- Soldering and Troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Electricity and Electrical systems
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair
- Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or education in electronics or a related field
- Experience in the aviation industry is a plus

- Be able to read and comprehend electronic schematics and other technical data
- Be able to communicate effectively in the English language, both oral and written
- Be organized and detail oriented
- Function well and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
- Be dependable and able to multitask
- Be able to solve a wide variety of problems, both independently and as a member of a team
- Avionics repair or relevant technical experience preferred
