What you can expect as an Avionics Maintenance Technician at West Star:

Our Avionics Maintenance Technicians troubleshoot and repair avionics units (Navs, Coms, Pulse, Radar, Audio, Autopilot Systems) and aircraft systems at the component level.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform general avionics support on aircraft, including removal, installation, and repair of panels and components.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate aircraft systems.
• Inspect and evaluate aircraft and components.
• Verify aircraft movement and system performance.
• Maintain shop facilities, equipment, and tooling.
• Collaborate with customers on project management, pricing, and support.
• Work independently on projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Use basic computer skills for electronic training, manuals, and databases.
