Mobile Apps US LLC in California seeks an experienced Avionics / Flight Control System Engineer to lead system-level V&V activities for FCS on an advanced BWB Demonstrator aircraft.

You will develop verification plans, execute MIL/SIL/HIL testing, manage requirements traceability, and prepare compliance reports, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Avionics / Flight Control Systems V&V.
• Strong system-level verification of safety-critical aerospace systems.
• Knowledge of FCS architecture, redundancy management, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink and simulation-based testing.
• Experience with requirements management and traceability tools.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end system-level FCS verification and validation.
• Develop verification plans, procedures, and test strategies.
• Perform requirements-based verification and traceability.
• Validate FCS functionality, redundancy, fault management, and system integration.
• Execute MIL, SIL, and HIL testing.
• Verify interfaces between avionics, sensors, actuators, and vehicle systems.
• Support failure analysis, safety assessments, and certification activities.
• Prepare verification reports and compliance documentation.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
