Flexjet is seeking an experienced Avionics Service Tech to join our in-house maintenance team in Sanford, FL. You will troubleshoot, repair, calibrate and install avionics systems aboard business aircraft, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with avionic subsystems, the ability to work flexible shifts, and a professional, customer-focused approach. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of related corporate avionics experience.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, service, and installation.
• Advanced certification in avionics preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts.
• Able to stand, sit, and bend for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to pass background check and obtain airport badge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs, modifies and calibrates aircraft electronic systems.
• Certifies integrated avionic systems using shop equipment.
• Analyzes malfunctions and calibrates avionics support equipment.
• Installs and wires sensors, radios, antennas and lights.
• Performs functional checks of complete aircraft systems.
• Maintains clean work area and reports conditions.
