Job summary

RTX is seeking a seasoned operations professional in College Park, GA to direct repair, overhaul, or modification activities ensuring production goals, quality and cost targets are met. You will prioritize schedules, allocate resources, and lead teams across avionics maintenance operations.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent, at least 2 years in avionics, and proven leadership. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is expected, with onsite work in the US.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years avionics-related experience.
• Experience with Service Operations processes, policies, and procedures.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Experience utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Directs development and implementation of repair, overhaul, or modification activities to meet production goals and cost objectives.
• Prioritizes schedules based on personnel, skills, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Plans workload sequencing and assigns jobs based on abilities and training.
• Oversees budgets, capital expenditures, and direct/indirect labor.
• Monitors compliance with safety, policies, and audits.
