Job summary

ConexSmart is seeking a Quality Manager to strengthen our internal Quality Management System by optimizing processes, documentation, and procedures. You will lead quality initiatives across manufacturing, drive compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards, and collaborate with engineering and operations to support expansion.

The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to guide teams on corrective actions, audits, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in quality or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Knowledge of AS9100 standards (preferred).
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, acceptance test procedures, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines.
• Maintain and manage Quality Control documentation and activities.
• Interface with quality personnel at customer and supplier levels.
• Prepare for and manage quality audits, including Quality Manual and Quality Procedure manual, creating Management review, etc.
