Qualifications

• Associate degree or PCB design certification or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in PCB layout, aerospace/regulatory environment a plus.
• Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-2221, IPC-7351, IPC-A-600).
• Strong knowledge of signal integrity, EMI/EMC, ESD.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex, multi-layer PCB layouts for avionics systems.
• Apply high-speed design constraints: differential pairs, impedance, trace lengths.
• Create and maintain electrical schematics aligned with layout requirements.
• Ensure EMC/EMI and ESD protection compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare fabrication/assembly docs: Gerbers, drill files, BOMs.
