Job summary

Cyient seeks a Systems Engineer to perform multi-core analysis on safety-critical avionics platforms and develop benchmarks to assess performance and interference. The candidate will apply AC-20-193 guidance, investigate hardware/software interference, and drive mitigation strategies.

Required are RTOS experience in safety-critical environments, embedded hardware development and verification, and familiarity with DO-178C, DO-254, and ARP4754B standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-core processor products in safety-critical environments.
• RTOS experience in safety-critical environments.
• Embedded hardware development and verification experience.
• Experience with AC-20-193 (CAST-32A).
• Experience defining hardware interference channels.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with several years in Systems Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-core analysis aligned with AC‑20‑193 guidance on a multi‑core system.
• Develop or execute micro‑benchmarks/benchmarks on the target multi‑core system.
• Analyze system performance and undesired behavior caused by hardware or software interference and drive mitigation solutions.
