Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $190,000 annually, with additional benefits including stock options and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• 7+ years professional experience developing avionics or spacecraft hardware.
• Strong understanding of structural and thermal design for aerospace electronics.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts.
