Job summary

Stoke Space in Kent, WA is seeking an Avionics Integration Technician to contribute to producing the avionics system end-to-end, from harness fabrication to testing and installation on flight and test vehicles.

You will lead with feedback on engineering designs, participate in functional tests, and ensure flight readiness while maintaining inventory and operating automated harnessing equipment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in an aerospace, automotive, medical, or equivalent environment.
• Ability to review and execute work instructions.
• Rigorous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble vehicle and ground wire harnesses and electromechanical assemblies
• Test harnesses using conventional testing methods such as continuity and hi-pot testing
• Install components on flight vehicles and test stands
• Perform functional tests of assemblies using bespoke test equipment
• Monitor inventories of parts
• Program and operate automated wire stripping, crimping, and torquing equipment
• Perform testing such as vibe, shock, thermal to validate hardware integrity and flight-readiness
