Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8+ years engineering experience, or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Experience leading a team and managing performance.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance and SAP access.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Avionics Integration section with 13–17 engineers across multiple subsystems.
• Provide functional leadership, staffing, and performance management.
• Coordinate with programs and IPT leads on goals, staffing, and merit adjustments.
• Develop and mentor team members, and manage training and budget.
• Communicate status up to management and represent the organization.
