Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years accredited schooling in aviation electronics or two years related work experience required or an avionics certificate with one year of related work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in removal/installation of avionics electrical components and wire harness fabrication.
• Perform wiring, fixtures, and equipment work per blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Maintain logs and records; complete tasks within allotted time frame.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications; check for defects prior to final inspection.
• Adhere to FOD, tool control, and 5-S safety programs; maintain a neat work area.
• Care for and maintain shop equipment; participate in continuous improvement activities.
