Job summary

PlaneSense, Inc. is seeking an Avionics Technician at its Portsmouth, NH headquarters. The technician will install and test aircraft electronics, fabricate and test wiring harnesses, and disassemble/reassemble instrument panels as required.

The role requires compliance with DOT drug testing, background checks, and security clearances. Strong troubleshooting and reading wiring diagrams are essential, with FAA A&P certificate preferred and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3 years General Aviation avionics experience preferred.
• FAA A&P Certificate preferred.
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and installation technical data.
• Pitot/static experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on avionics systems and wiring harness.
• Fabrication, termination and testing of avionics wiring harnesses.
• Disassembly and reassembly of aircraft interior and instrument panels.
• Follow Atlas Repair Station Manual and industry standards.
• Maintain a safe, orderly work area and proper tool usage.
