Job summary

All Aviation Jobs is seeking an Avionics Specialist/Sr. Technician - High Voltage to support our flight-critical avionics systems. This role focuses on testing, verification, and integration of high voltage power systems for aircraft, including generators, batteries, and converters.

You will set up test campaigns, perform benchtop PCBA testing, and assist with lab design and buildout, collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure robust hardware development and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years around high voltage/high power systems (270V+).
• Benchtop testing with EE tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, electronic load).
• PCBA and harness rework experience.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.

Responsibilities

• Set up and execute test campaigns for custom circuits/sub-systems.
• Perform benchtop PCBA testing and debugging.
• Support environmental qualification (temp, vibration, altitude, humidity).
• Design, verify, and deploy simple PCBAs, fixtures, harnesses.
