We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Integration Engineer to join our GA‑ASI division in San Diego, CA (Poway), supporting all GA‑ASI product lines. Under general supervision, the engineer will support the Electrical Integration Group with cable harness design and manufacturing, resolve production issues, and communicate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related field and 2+ years engineering experience.
• Mechanical engineering degree preferred.
• Understanding of engineering concepts for cable/harness design, integration, and production.
• Ability to adapt to evolving environment and meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues in engineering and manufacturing and drive resolution through cross‑functional collaboration.
• Review specs, drawings, and processes across MFGE, IHD Design, Quality, Supply Chain, Production.
• Perform DFM reviews to ensure manufacturability and completeness of drawings.
• Support DFM efforts to minimize custom tooling and standardize parts and processes.
• Provide integration support during aircraft production first builds of avionics and harnesses.
• Document analyses and communicate results to engineering and production teams.
• Maintain safety, quality, and continuous improvement focus.
