Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline required.
• 2–7 years in hardware development, embedded systems, avionics, aerospace, or electronics.
• Circuit design, digital/analog electronics, schematic reading, or technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and qualify electronic hardware for cabin management systems.
• Support hardware architecture, schematics, component selection, and PCB development.
• Create and execute validation, verification, and environmental test plans.
• Author engineering documentation (requirements, test procedures, qualification reports).
• Monitor component availability and identify End-of-Life (EOL) risks.
• Create mitigation plans (alternate parts, redesigns, lifetime buys, tech refreshes).
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to resolve lifecycle issues.
• Investigate field issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend product improvements.
• Interface with hardware suppliers, design partners, and certification bodies.
