Job summary

Accliive Inc. seeks a Hardware Design Engineer to develop avionics hardware and RF/microwave circuits. The role includes simulation, prototyping, and redesigns of onboard electronics for aviation and industrial systems, with stringent EMI/EMC testing requirements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create schematics, PCB layouts, and test plans, and support qualification activities across multiple sites in Florida, Minnesota, and Iowa.

Qualifications

• Experience in avionics hardware development and multiple industries.
• Proficiency in hardware design documentation and test plans.
• Hands-on PCB design and schematic review.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop avionics electronic hardware.
• Perform circuit simulation and analysis using SPICE tools.
• Design and test RF/Microwave circuits and systems.
• Create and review schematics and PCB designs.
• Perform hardware testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Support DO-160 and MIL-STD-461 qualification/EMI-EMC testing.
• Prepare hardware specifications, requirements, and test plans.
• Analyze test failures and identify root causes.
• Work with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Support product verification, qualification, and certification activities.
