Job summary

Sapsol Technologies Inc. is seeking a Hardware Design Engineer with strong circuit and analog design experience, onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role emphasizes hardware development, RF/microwave design, and rigorous EMI/EMC testing to meet stringent requirements.

Applicants should be proficient with SPICE tools (LTspice, PSpice, TINA) and familiar with ECAD/PCB workflows (Mentor Xpedition preferred) and MATLAB for analysis. DO-160 or MIL-STD-461 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in circuit and analog design is mandatory.
• Strong hardware design and development capabilities required.
• Familiarity with EMI/EMC testing and environmental testing.
• Experience with DO-160 / MIL-STD-461 preferred.
