Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or CS discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience programming in C and C++ for embedded/firmware.
• Experience developing embedded software in commercial/industrial environments.
• Strong proficiency with C for embedded systems.
• Ability to participate in full software lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, debug and document assembly and high-level software for avionics projects.
• Mentor and assist entry-level software professionals.
• Collaborate with project engineers to optimize software/hardware partitioning.
• Provide guidance across software/hardware teams during development.
• Define software requirements and implement for products and in-house equipment.
• Contribute to software verification and documentation.
