Job summary

LANDMARKIT LLC in Fort Worth seeks an Avionics Software Engineer for a 12-month onsite assignment. You will translate system requirements into software requirements, develop in C/C++, and work with DOORS, PC Lint, LDRA TestBed, and VectorCast.

Candidates must communicate across teams, build strong customer relationships, and pursue aerospace certification processes; security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of static and dynamic test tools, prefer knowledge of PC Lint, LDRA TestBed and VectorCast.
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle to include capability to break system requirements into software requirements and associated tests.
• Prefer a knowledge of DOORS with ability to link requirements to test procedures.
• Working knowledge of multiple software development languages, prefer a knowledge of C, C++, C#.
• Must have the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively to coordinate across multiple organizations.
• Must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers, as well as horizontal integrations across the other teams.
• Familiarity with military aerospace design and certification processes to include requirements develop and verification, preliminary and detailed design is preferred.
• PC proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
• Must have the ability to work effectively within a team, good interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
• Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance.
