The position is based at Warren Shingle Rd, Beale AFB, CA 95825, offers a 12-month assignment on a 5/40 first-shift schedule with compensation of $40.00–$48.00 per hour and overtime eligibility after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Background as USAF 7-level technician or equivalent journeyman certification.
• 2 to 4 years of experience specifically within modification environments.
• Prior experience working on fighter aircraft is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, repair, and maintain standard electrical systems and hardware.
• Perform conduit tasks including cutting, threading, bending, coupling, and strapping.
• Replace or repair electrical components such as light fixtures, switch boxes, sockets, fuses, and extension cords.
• Support the repair process by disassembling generators, motors, and related machinery.
• Inspect grounding, shielding, and wiring circuits to identify malfunctions for safety and efficiency.
• Use technical drawings, blueprints, and measurement tools to ensure precise installations and diagnostics.
