Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred
• Knowledge of basic circuits (Digital, FPGA, Analog and/or RF)
• Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead project engineering teams in certification processes and development activities for avionics products
• Draft and submit unit-level certification documentation required by TSOs and other regulations
• Coordinate project schedules and deliverables per aviation processes
• Perform unit-level safety and security analyses and requirement generation
• Coordinate documentation and testing for applicable standards and regulations (FCC, CE, ANATEL, RED, EAR)
• Contribute to design, validation, and verification of aviation projects
• Guide project testing and document results in test reports
• Update processes and products for new regulations and enhanced safety and security
