Honeywell Aerospace in Minnesota is seeking an Avionics Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble and integrate avionics systems, inspect products, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced production environment.

The role supports a 4th shift (Mon/Fri 10:00 PM–6:00 AM and Sat/Sun 10:00 PM–10:00 AM) with potential overtime. Training may occur on another shift as needed; candidates must follow safety procedures, produce high-quality components, and have experience with small

Job Description

As an Avionics Assembler here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will assemble and integrate avionics systems, ensuring high-quality production that meets industry standards and customer requirements. Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.

This Role Will Support 4th Shift

MONDAY & FRIDAY– 10:00PM – 6:00AM and SATURDAY & SUNDAY 10:00PM – 10:00AM. Please note training may take place a different shift and the role may require mandated overtime.

Responsibilities

• Use strong fine motor skills to perform various tasks related to assembling products, especially those involving small parts or intricate components
• Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
• Comply with all safety rules.
• Record and report production data.
• Analyze data and production reports
• An ability to support 4th Shift hours, including any mandated overtime

Qualifications
