Job summary

All Aviation Jobs is seeking experienced avionics aircraft mechanics to support a maintenance program in Lake Charles, LA. The role involves extensive troubleshooting, repair, and modification of aircraft structures, engines, and electrical systems, with access to manuals, schematics, and engineering data to guide work.

Candidates should have 10+ years of avionics experience, an A&P license, and be capable of interpreting complex technical instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 10+ years relevant aircraft Avionics experience.
• Able to wear respirator or other safety gear.
• A&P license and E-6B/707 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and modify aircraft structures and engines per manuals and specs.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins and wiring diagrams.
• Inspect jet engines, turbines, and aircraft components for cracks, wear, and malfunctions.
• Perform 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other inspections.
